Inspire Charleston accepts all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. PayPal processes all of our transactions but you re not required to have a PayPal Account to use their checkout. Send us a message if you have any questions about payments or cancellations.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds & Exchanges

In the unfortunate event that a shipment is lost in transit, Inspire Charleston will make a reasonable attempt to locate and redirect the shipment to its intended destination. If a shipment cannot be located, Inspire Charleston, at its discretion, may elect to replace the items in the shipment with equivalent items.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional policies & FAQs
Images created by Inspire Charleston cannot be reproduced or otherwise distributed in any form without my written permission. All products purchased in this shop (or anywhere else that have been created by Inspire Charleston) are for personal use only. Images may not be downloaded, printed, or used without the permission. Do not use my images as decoration / a background for your blog, twitter, or website. If you want to use images from Inspire Charleston in your branding you must have a signed written agreement with Inspire Charleston.
